Social distancing will be in place across the whole cinema.
There will be clear signage so you know exactly where to go, and our team will always be available to help.
All of our cinemas use allocated seating for all performances.
In the cinema screens, friends and family ‘bubbles’ can book together and sit together, whilst our booking system automatically ensures a safe distance between customers from different households.
We have introduced enhanced cleaning for all high touch points in the cinema, and there will be plenty of hand sanitiser stations for customers and employees. As always all of our staff will follow frequent hand washing guidelines, and antibacterial hand soap will be available in all employee and customer toilets.
Tickets can be booked in advance on our website, and you can select your preferred seats in advance. You can also pre-order some food and drink at the same time to make it easier when you arrive.
If you are a member you can view your tickets on your phone by touching the "My Tickets" button from the member menu. This QR code will be scanned by the staff member before you enter the auditorium.
Your confirmation email can also be used as a ticket. There is no need to collect paper tickets when you arrive.
Show start and end times will be carefully staggered to limit the number of customers passing in corridors and gathering in the foyer. We’re also allowing time for additional cleaning between shows.
Parkway are very proud of our homemade popcorn, and we know you love it too.
We will be adding protective screens at our food and drink tills where you can buy on arrival, or collect snacks and treats ordered in advance. And yes, you will still be able to get our amazing cheese sauce for your nachos.
If you buy your tickets and snacks on the day, we can now accept contactless payments up to a value of £45 using bank cards, or more if you are using Apple or Google Pay. We will accept cash, but encourage contactless payments wherever possible.
We will do everything we can to make your visit a safe one, but ask that all of our guests follow the directions that you will find on our website, in our foyers or as offered by staff members. We reserve the right to ask any customer who chooses not to comply with those instruction to leave the premises immediately. We will not assume any liability for a failure to comply with our safety protocols.
